That sounds like quite an imbroglio.

  • Interviewer: Have you heard from Ryan Gosling since you told Rolling Stone that he came up to you at a Jamba Juice but you shut him down because you didn't recognize him?
  • Aubrey Plaza: I actually did hear from him one time. He invited me to a magic show through someone else, and I couldn’t go because I had to go to this charity thing for Amy, and it was like, "bros before hos," or "hos before bros," however that phrase goes. I just rhymed a lot. So, yeah. I don’t know what’s in store for me and him. I think he has a girlfriend, but maybe I’ll murder her someday and we’ll be together forever.

“Teacher’s Lounge”

Synopsis: Nelson High School is the last place any student teacher wants to be assigned to. The students are obnoxious. The Principal (Jessica Walter) never leaves her office without her bedazzled megaphone and is usually, for lack of a better word, drunk. The teachers who show up don’t take the job seriously, and there is barely enough money to pay for basic supplies, and, most importantly, their salaries. When Ben (Ryan Gosling), Charlie (Aaron Paul), and Connie (Mindy Kaling) are told that they have to spend their first semester student teaching at Nelson, “excited” isn’t exactly the first emotion they end up feeling.Things quickly go from bad to entertainingly awful once these three friends are paired up with their respective teachers: Connie is paired with Ms. York (Leslie Mann), an erratic, impulsive woman who teaches AP History. Charlie gets to work with Mr. Evans (Eric Stonestreet), the Varsity Football Coach who got stuck teaching Calculus—the only subject he never understood in high school. Ben is stuck with Ms. Norton (Jane Lynch), the English teacher who is more obsessed with her kindle than keeping up her grade book…and everything else.

Will Ben, Charlie and Connie survive their first semester student teaching at Nelson High? Or will the craziness that is, well, the entire school basically, drive them all to pursuing another profession?Tune in on Wednesday, January 4 for the season premiere on ABC to find out!

Jimmy Fallon’s imitation of Ryan Gosling

Jon: This “Crazy, Stupid, Love”— Ryan Gosling, is that the other gentleman?
Steve: That is the other gentleman. He could not be a nicer guy. He is extremely—extremely handsome. He is as good looking on the inside as he is on the outside. He really is, he’s a great guy. Super nice. And nobody cares. Nobody cares—
Jon: Yeah.
Steve: Nobody cares how nice actors are. Nobody cares how much fun you had doing a movie.
Jon: No.
Steve: We had the best time. We laughed. Nobody gives a [shit].
Jon: Whoa, did he sign your yearbook afterwards?
Steve: Yes he did.
Jon: Whoa, you’re in love.

Ryan would be so great on [SNL]. And I wanna go do a little sketch with him. It’s so much fun and that cast is so warm and welcoming and great—it’s just the best experience ever. The adrenaline that goes into something like that, I think it’s good for everyone. If you get the opportunity to do something like that, why wouldn’t you want to do something like that? — Emma Stone

Steve Carell & Ryan Gosling: ‘Crazy, Stupid, Love’

The movie centers around Cal Weaver (Carell) who appears to have everything - a good job, nice house, great kids, and a marriage to his high school sweetheart Emily (Julianne Moore). But when he discovers she cheated on him and wants a divorce, he finds himself spending his free time sulking at a bar. He’s then taken on as wingman and protege to player Jacob Palmer (Ryan Gosling) who shows him the many options of single life.

The film, expected to be released next summer, also stars Emma Stone and Marisa Tomei!
